CONDITIONS DE LIVRAISON

Tous les prix s’entendent TVAC. Tous les produits et accessoires sont livrés en Suède par des transporteurs comme Posten et Schenker. Veuillez également noter que nous n’expédions pas aux adresses exclusivement accessibles par bateau en Suède, sauf l’île de Gotland.

Les marchandises commandées qui sont de stock seront envoyées sous un à deux jours ouvrables. Nous nous réservons le droit de refuser les commandes d’articles en rupture de stock.

Nonobstant cela, en cas de retour de colis, les clients sont tenus de payer les frais de transport. Un supplément de 300 SEK sera imputé pour les colis non réceptionnés.

Frais de transport

La livraison de commandes de marchandises supérieures à 2000 SEK est gratuite. Les commandes inférieures à 2000 SEK entraînent des frais de transport de 89 SEK. Des frais de port s’appliquent aux livraisons dans le reste des pays scandinaves et en Europe.

Délai de livraison

Un produit en stock dans notre entrepôt principal ou commandé directement à l’entrepôt du fournisseur peut généralement être livré sous deux à sept jours ouvrables pour le client. Nous mettons tout en œuvre pour respecter le délai de livraison prévu afin de garantir une réception la plus rapide possible à nos clients. Néanmoins, le délai peut être un plus long que prévu, si nous attendons une livraison d’un fournisseur par exemple. Mais nous livrerons votre commande dès que possible. Les clients peuvent être amenés à présenter une pièce d’identité lors de la réception/livraison des produits.

Confirmation de la livraison

Comme vous serez prévenu(e) de la livraison par SMS sur votre téléphone portable, veuillez vous assurer d’indiquer le bon numéro lors de la commande. Vous recevrez deux messages textes et un rappel vous sera envoyé après sept jours. Laissez ce champ vierge si vous n’avez pas de téléphone portable. Le colis sera alors envoyé par la poste.

Dommages dus au transport

En cas de dommages dus au transport, les clients sont tenus de signaler ceux-ci à nos services après-vente par courriel ou téléphone. Conformément aux recommandations de l’agence de protection des consommateurs, il convient de signaler tout défaut dans un délai raisonnable après que l’acheteur l’a remarqué ou aurait dû le remarquer. Voilà pourquoi il est essentiel de déballer complètement les produits et de les inspecter soigneusement. Les entreprises clientes sont tenues d’envoyer un rapport de dommages dus au transport dans les sept jours.

Pour garantir la résolution du cas dans les plus brefs délais, l’emballage du produit doit être conservé à des fins d’inspection. Selon l’ampleur des dommages, le produit pourra être remplacé, réparé ou un escompte pourra être accordé.

Fulfill an agreement

We collect, process and store personal data that is necessary in order to fulfill an order and deliver the ordered goods or service.

We collect, process and store to the extent that you have stated:
Your name, your invoice address, your delivery address, your phone number, your email address alongside the IP-address from which the order was made.

This data is stored on database in our client record until the order is completed, then the data is transferred to our account record, the Swedish accounting legislation requires accounting records to be saved during 7 years after current fiscal year.

If you choose to create a user or client account at www.mustcarepro.se the details you submit in relation to this will be stored in database until you choose to delete the account.

Why is the IP-address collected?

The IP-address is saved when an order is submitted to counteract fraud. The IP-address is in addition to this read and stored for a limited time by Wordfence, a safety plug-in protecting the website from spam, hacking and security breaches through, among others, interpreting if the user is a human or a bot. We also use Google Analytics to see how our website is used. For example how many users we have, where they are located demographically etc. This is presented to us through completely anonymous statistics. Google Analytics is however using the IP-address to collect data. You can choose to not let Google Analytics collect your data through an additionalprogram to your browser, you find it here.

Third Parties

In some cases it is necessary that we share your data with third parties, as for example shipping companies. We are collaborating with companies that are well established and serious. They have well developed routines for handling personal data and offers a high level of protection.

Orders that are done within Sweden are carried out via Klarna Checkout, Klarna is in this case an independent data collector of the details you state whilst completing an order through Klarna checkout. You can read about how they process personal data here.

Outside Sweden payment is made through Paypal. Paypal collects your data including your payment details. You can read more about how they process your personal data here.

The personal details needed in order to carry out a delivery will be shared with the shipping company. We mainly use DHL, but reserve the right to use other shipping companies if needed.

In order to run a website and a web shop we need to give access to our systems for purposes of technical support and operation, mainly but not limited to our web agency and hosting company.

Email

We provide customer service through email and as a user or customer you are always welcome to contact us both trough email and by phone. For customer service purposes your email along side other personal details you have provided that are necessary to handle the inquiry will be stored on database. The details and your emails are stored as long as the inquiry is open or as agreed. We delete inactive inquiries after maximum of two months. An inquire that does not have any new communication at the end of current month will be deleted latest at the last workday of the following month.

Competitions and Campaigns

We might collect personal data in relation to competitions and campaigns, we will then store the data you have provided that are necessary in order to administrate the competition. How long the data will be stored is stated in the terms and conditions related to the particular competition or campaign. The participation in one or more of our competitions or campaigns does not give us the right to use your personal data in any other way than what is stated in respective terms for participation that will be necessary to agree to in order participate.
