VAT is included in all prices. All products and accessories are delivered in Sweden using forwarding agents like Posten and Schenker. Note also that we do not deliver to addresses that only can be reached by boat within Sweden, with the exception of Gotland.

If the goods ordered are in stock, they will be sent within one to two working days. We reserve the right to decline orders for any goods going out of stock.

If despite this a package is returned to us, customers are required to pay a freight surcharge. An additional SEK 300 is charged for packages that are not collected.

Freight costs

Goods orders worth more than SEK 2000 are delivered free of charge. A freight cost of SEK 89 is charged for orders less than SEK 2000. Postal charges are applied to deliveries to the rest of the Nordics and Europe.

Delivery period

The delivery period is normally 2 to 7 working days for customers, if the product is in stock in our central warehouse or if it has been ordered directly from the supplier’s warehouse. We do all we can to meet the estimated delivery period to ensure customers receive their products as quickly as possible. It may at times take a little longer than expected if, for instance, we are waiting for a delivery from a supplier. But we will deliver your order as soon as we can. Customers may at any time be asked to provide some form of identification when products are collected/delivered.

Delivery confirmation

Delivery notifications are sent by text message to your mobile phone, so please take care to ensure you submit the correct mobile number when ordering. Two text messages are sent and a reminder is sent out after seven days. Leave this field empty if you do not have a mobile phone. The package is then sent by post.

Transport damage and other fault

If damage due to transport occurs, customers are asked to report the damage to our customer services by email or by phone immediately, at the latest 5 days from receiving the package so that we can file a complaint with the shipping company and replace your order. It is important that you save the packaging until the matter is resolved.

In the case of visible damage to the package: This should be reporter to the transporter or at the service point upon the delivery. The transporter or the service point should provide you with a so called damage receipt. This needs to be sent to us via email together with photos featuring the damaged package within 5 days from receiving the parcel.

In the case of hidden damage to your ordered items due to transport: Hidden damage also needs to be reported to us within 5 days from receiving the parcel, hence it is very important that you open the packaging and inspect your items as soon as possible. You will need to take photos of the damaged items and email them to us.

For other faults, we comply with consumer agency guidelines and the report should be made within a reasonable time period after the buyer has noticed or should have noticed the fault. If you find anything to be wrong with your ordered items, contact our customer service via email or phone.

The product may be replaced, repaired or a discount offered depending on the extent of the fault.

Fulfill an agreement

We collect and store the personal data that is necessary in order for us to fulfill an order and deliver the ordered goods or service.

We collect, handle and save to the extent you have stated:
Your name, your invoice address, your delivery address, your phone number, your email address alongside the IP-address from which the order was made.

This data is stored on database in our client record until the order is completed, then the data is transferred to our account record, the Swedish accounting legislation requires accounting records to be saved during 7 years after current fiscal year.

If you choose to create a user or client account at the details you submit in relation to this will be stored in database until you choose to delete the account.

Why is the IP-address collected?

The IP-address is saved when an order is submitted to counteract fraud. The IP-address is in addition to this read and stored for a limited time by Wordfence, a safety plug-in protecting the website from spam, hacking and security breaches through, among others, interpret if the user is a human or a bot. We also use Google Analytics to see how our website is used. For example how many users we have, where they are located demographically etc. This is present to us through completely anonymous statistics. Google Analytics is however using the IP-address to collect data about this. You can choose to not let Google Analytics collect your data through an addition to your browser, you find it here.

Third Parties

In some cases it is necessary that we share your data with third parties, as for example shipping companies. We are collaborating with companies that are well established and serious. They have well developed routines for handling personal data offers a high level of protection.

Orders that are done within Sweden are carried out via Klarna Checkout, Klarna is in this case an independent data collector of the details you state whilst completing an order through Klarna checkout. You can read about how they process personal data here.

Outside Sweden payment is made through Paypal. Paypal collects your data including your payment details. You can read more about how they process your personal data here.

The personal details needed in order to carry out a delivery will be shared with the shipping company. We mainly use DHL, but reserve the right to use other shipping companies if needed.

In order to run a website and a web shop we need to give access to our systems for purposes of technical support and operation, this is mainly our web agency and hosting company.


We provide customer service through email and as a user or customer you are always welcome to contact us both trough email and by phone. For customer service purposes your email along side other personal details you have provided that are necessary to handle the inquiry will be stored on database. The details and your emails are stored as long as the inquiry is open or as agreed. We delete inactive inquiries after maximum of two months. An inquire that does not have any new communication at the end of current month will be deleted latest at the last workday of the following month.

Competitions and Campaigns

We might collect personal data in relation with competitions and campaigns, we will then store the data you have provided that are necessary in order to administrate the competition. How long the data will be stored is stated in the terms and conditions related to the particular competition or campaign. The participation in one or more of our competitions or campaigns does not give us the right to use your personal data in any other way than what is stated in respective terms for participation that you have agreed to.
